PROFESSIONAL LAND SURVEYOR PLS for our land survey department. You must be highly organized and motivated. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a professional land surveyor (or equivalent experience) a must. Duties Functioning in a lead capacity to perform our most complex surveying tasks including map preparation boundary analysis research of official records and resolution to boundary issues. Responsible for management of projects from start to finish including schedules quality and budgets. Create client relationships and identify opportunities. Prepare supervise and process subdivision maps records of survey ALTA / NSPS surveys topographic surveys lot line adjustments legal descriptions and exhibits and other related matters. Supervision and communication with field crews and coordination with Project Managers. Determine project approach and provide direction for staff to execute.
