Professional Mechanical Designer I

Position Summary

As a Professional Mechanical Designer I you will design, develop, document and execute mechanical and/or electromechanical solutions for components and sub-assemblies to meet company, team and group goals. In this role you will perform analyses and resolve issues using problem solving techniques to develop new and innovative solutions for our Customers. You will need to use mechanical engineering principles of statics, dynamics, thermodynamics, heat transfer, hydraulics and material science to develop and design solutions for medical devices. You will use 2D and 3D CAD software as well as other engineering analysis software. In this role you will work on many phases of projects which are of moderate complexity.
