Professional Nurse – Trauma (Trained and/or Experienced)

SD Recruitment is seeking Professional Nurses (PNs) who are either trauma-trained or have experience in emergency/trauma care for active locum shifts within Department of Health (DOH) facilities across the Western Cape.
We work closely with public hospitals and emergency units that require skilled nurses to step into high-pressure environments where rapid clinical decision-making and expert trauma response are essential. If you are adaptable, passionate about emergency nursing, and available for flexible locum shifts, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Triage, assess, and manage acute trauma and emergency cases


• Provide immediate, stabilising care to patients with life-threatening injuries or conditions


• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams during critical interventions


• Administer emergency medications, fluids, and life-saving procedures within scope of practice
