Professional Services Consultant

We are seeking Technical Consultants with hands-on experience in analytics, enterprise integrations, and customer-facing delivery. Candidates must be capable of leading technical workstreams, building scalable solutions, and supporting strategic client engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze datasets, improve data quality, and deliver data-driven solutions.
Design and implement integrations for enterprise platforms (ServiceNow, Salesforce, Zendesk, Genesys).
Lead portions of the delivery lifecycle: discovery, configuration, implementation, and optimization.
Conduct code reviews, create technical documentation, and ensure best-practice adherence.
Troubleshoot complex issues across integrations and enterprise systems.
Contribute to pre-sales by supporting scoping, estimating, and solution design.
Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge-sharing across the team.
