The Professional Services Architect is a key member of the LATAM Professional Services organization, serving as a customer facing technical point of contact guiding and overseeing technical aspects during solution, transition, and delivery phases. This role involves providing services delivery expertise to ensure a correct solution leading to a smooth transition of systems and processes, aligning with architecture principles. The successful candidate will primarily work from home but must be available to go on-site with clients when needed.
