As customers' security infrastructure becomes more complex, Fortinet Professional Services experts help them at every step. The Professional Services Architect is a customer-facing technical point of contact guiding and overseeing technical aspects during solution, transition, and delivery phases. This role provides services delivery expertise to ensure a correct solution leading to a smooth transition of systems and processes, aligning with architecture principles. The successful candidate will primarily work from home but must be available to go on-site with clients when needed. Working hours are flexible Monday – Friday, with occasional after-hours to accompany customers' maintenance windows and go-lives.
