Professional Services Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:

+ Receive Jira tickets from Professional Services containing eInvoice specifications, data feed requirements, error handling rules, or integration notes
+ Build end-to-end eInvoice configurations, including spec creation, preprocessing rules, error conditions, special cases, and file-handling logic
+ Create and validate email notifications for eInvoice workflows and ensure file delivery paths, schedules, and naming conventions are correct
+ Develop and configure all standard ServiceChannel data feeds (Location, Location Notes, User, Asset, PO/Work Order feeds)
+ Review and correct file structure issues across XML, JSON, CSV, TXT, and other supported formats
+ Support webhook setup, event triggers, and API-based workflows as part of project requirements
+ Work with Professional Services, DevOps, and Engineering to identify defects, configuration gaps, and system-side irregularities
