The Work You’ll Do

:

Lead and scale our EMEA Professional Services Operations team in a high-impact, autonomous role. You'll manage a team of Operations Analysts while owning the operational backbone of our delivery organization—from project setup and data governance to executive reporting and process optimization. This is a player-coach role requiring both strategic vision and hands-on execution.


More specifically you will:

  • Team Leadership Build and develop a high-performing operations team across multiple seniority levels Set priorities, standards, and performance expectations aligned with delivery goals Act as primary escalation point for complex operational challenges.
