Professional Specialist Invoicing

Responsibilities

• Ensure booking of vendors’ invoices (external/ internal) on timely manner and follow up closely with ops team if needed
• Follow up closely with ops team on outstanding cost accruals
• Clearing of accrue revenue/ costs on timely manner
• Ensure quotation upload to system for local controlled business
• Invoice to customer according to quotation / rates card
• Creating invoice / billing reportinng
• Any others additional tasks and duties required by superior

Qualifications

• Diploma or above
• Minimum 3 years working experience preferably in a freight forwarding industry
• Possess high initiative with good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in English
• High attention to detail who is proactive, meticulous and efficient
• Possess positive attitude and must be a good team player in a fast paced environment
