Role Summary:

The Professional Veterinary Affairs (PVA) Digital Specialist is the champion of digital communication with veterinary customers and their healthcare teams across Mexico and LATAM. Reporting directly to the Digital Transformation Manager, this role is responsible for driving two-way professional engagement and building stronger omni-channel connections utilizing proprietary digital assets, including Hill’s Vet Academy, EasyCare and KOLs project. The Specialist optimizes webinars, social media channels, and professional veterinary publications to scale virtual detailing and dietary consulting programs.
