Haven & Hadley is a boutique content and digital marketing agency working primarily in hospitality. Video is central to what we do - not as a supporting asset, but as the main way we tell stories and drive real outcomes for the brands we work with.
We're looking for a mid-level video editor to join our team full-time.
This role is for someone who enjoys editing as a craft: shaping narrative, finding rhythm, designing sound, and understanding why certain pieces of content hold attention while others don't.
The Role
You'll be responsible for editing video content end-to-end, working from both professionally shot footage and, at times, cellphone footage when creating more lo-fi or UGC-style content.
Most projects live on social platforms, but the editorial thinking behind them matters just as much as in longer-form work. This role requires an understanding of how narrative, pacing, hooks, and structure shift across long-form, medium-form, and short-form video.
