RESPONSIBILITIES
Teaching & Learning
Provide academic leadership in teaching and learning, including curriculum innovation, programme development, and the enhancement of pedagogical practices
Design, prepare and deliver high-quality teaching and learning materials; conduct lectures, tutorials, and assessments in line with best practices to optimise student learning outcomes
Mentor and support colleagues and postgraduate students in developing effective teaching and learning strategies
Supervise postgraduate research and foster a culture of scholarly teaching and continuous improvement
Uphold and advance high standards of teaching excellence to meet and exceed the University's expectations for academic quality and student success.
Research
Provide academic leadership in scholarly activities, including leading research projects, publishing in high-impact journals, presenting at international conferences, and engaging in relevant community or industry collaboration...
