Profiling and Risk Specialist

About the Role

The profiling and risk Specialist is primarily focused on retrospective risk analysis and customer profiling, supporting risk mitigation strategies and process improvements.

You will be responsible for

• Conduct retrospective analysis of betting activity and customer behavior to identify risk and fraud patterns.
• Develop and maintain customer profiling and risk rating models based on historical performance.
• Identify and report anomalies or weaknesses in odds, offers, or internal tools.
• Produce clear reports and insights to support data-driven risk decisions.
• Collaborate with Trading, Betting Intelligence, and Strategy teams on risk initiatives.
• Maintain general awareness of live activity and elevate potential issues when required.
