Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Program Analyst / Contracts Advisor to support Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs and direct contracting activities at the headquarters level. This senior role will provide strategic guidance on contracts, funding, and program execution, ensuring compliance with U.S. Government regulations and alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert support to leadership on FMS and direct contract matters, including contract language and documentation.
• Develop and review Letters of Request (LORs), Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and related contract documents.
• Monitor and assess FMS and direct contract programs; recommend modifications, amendments, and waivers to improve outcomes.
