PROGRAM ANALYST

Summary You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Work Packaging Branch (Code 244.4) of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF. Responsibilities You will manage, maintain and provide oversite of a quality training program. You will ensure the appropriate training, qualifications and certification are developed and available to all personnel. You will initiate and participate in leading teams and work group discussions for process updates, curriculum change and process improvement. You will provide the Division/Branch Head with program analysis services functions by gathering data metrics to monitor and measure Code 244.4. You will serve as a facilitator/lecturer, teaching the Technical Work Document Certification and the Supervisor Interactive Training (SIT) module courses.
