Summary This position is located in the Bureau of Global Health Security and Diplomacy (GHSD)'s Office of Program Planning and Evaluation (PPEV) . PPEV advances the America First Global Health Strategy by promoting accountability, impact, and transparency through the collection, analysis, and use of data for evidence-informed decision-making, supported by high-quality data systems and interactive visualizations and tools. Responsibilities Serves as the Bureau's subject advisor on Government-to-Government (G2G) Agreements, maintaining strategic relationships with Regional Bureaus, Bureau of Budget and Planning (F Bureau) coordinating implementation of bilateral assistance programs. Directs, implements, coordinates, or oversees bilateral G2G assistance programs impacting GHSD, including program planning, budget formulation, acquisition planning, and monitoring of agreement implementation.
