Program Analyst

**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Junior** **Program Analyst** to join our team working in the **Washington D.C. Navy Yard.** This is a **Hybrid** position requiring **at least 2 days** in office per week.

The Junior Program Analyst in this position will provide support to the team for Rotating Radars in the area of Acquisition, Systems Engineering, and project management.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**

+ Act as a liaison between the Radar Community and the various Program Executive Offices (PEOs), Ship Acquisition Program Managers (SHAPMs) and technical communities.
+ Develop POM issue papers, 7300s, Obligation Phasing Plans (OPP), Task Planning Sheets (TPS), Budgets, P- Exhibits and spend plans.
