Program Associate

Position Overview:
The person is responsible for implementing and monitoring quality assurance (QA) standards, policies, and procedures to enhance the academic and administrative functions of the university. The position also involves data compilation and reporting to stakeholders such as HEC and International Ranking bodies, and support in preparing and maintaining the records for the department's functions.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance and Compliance:
Support departments in the preparation of Self-Assessment Reports (SARs) and Review of Institutional Performance Evaluation (RIPE).
Assist in Data compilation and reporting to various stakeholders, including HEC, International Rankings, and Regional Data Management Departments.
Maintain and update the records and databases for support in the department's tasks.
Assisting in performing internal and external reviews as mandated by HEC or institutional requirements to uphold quality standards.
