Position Overview
The Program Associate is a critical team member supporting the execution of EAMDA's strategic and technical work across both long-term flagship programs and fast-paced consulting assignments. This role is designed to focus on youth-led development, market systems thinking, stakeholder engagement, program operations, and strategy execution. It sits at the intersection of hands-on program delivery, technical problem-solving, and strategic advisory work.
This role is ideal for someone with ambition to lead, but the humility and hunger to learn first. You'll be mentored closely by senior managers, while also expected to take initiative, represent the organization externally, and deliver independently.
