Program Associate, Subscribe and Save

As an Associate Program Manager, you will be expected to develop and own the long term program vision for India Subscribe & Save, program roadmap and come up new initiatives to scale the subscription business. You will partner closely with category business teams, partner tech team, tech team across IN and worldwide.

Key job responsibilities
1. Program Strategy and Direction: Continually assess the needs of customers, emerging market trends and competitive opportunities in defining and evolving the program strategy for India Subscribe & Save.
2. Roadmap Planning: Influence a cross-functional team for prioritizing and planning the roadmap and major launches. Use high judgement to make critical trade-offs, balancing both business requirements and technological trade-offs.
