JOB DESCRIPTION:

+ Maintain current/incoming and alumni files for all programs. (hard copies/electronic)
+ Supervise two reports. Responsible for Annual Performance Reviews for both
+ Member: AAPAE (The Association of Anesthesiology Program Administrators and Educators _(SAAAPM)_
+ Provides input into departmental objectives, especially those pertaining to the residency program. Establishes and administers departmental policies and procedures pertaining to teaching requirements, course objectives, and course content in compliance with applicable regulations.
+ Collects and analyzes data to advise management of long range needs.
