Program Buyer Profile & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain , ideally with a specialization in Purchasing . 5 years of experience in purchasing, ideally within the automotive or plastics industry. Strong knowledge of project management in an industrial environment. Core Competencies Solid understanding of purchasing strategies and supplier management. Skilled in technical and commercial negotiations . Good knowledge of commercial law and contractual frameworks. Proficient in project management , including planning, risk control, and milestone follow‑up. Understanding of finance & cash management (costing, cash flow impact, budgeting).
