The GTF Maturity Program Chief Engineer is responsible for establishing short and long term strategic goals and plans to improve product performance of the GTF. As an adjunct to the RLPM defined SIPT and IPMT, they will identify future unscheduled engine removal or shop visit cost drivers and deploy procedure or design improvements to address by coordinating and driving activity with Engineering system and module center, operations, and aftermarket teams.
