What youu2019ll do Dealers are the driving force behind our brand, holding a special place in the hearts of Canadian consumers within the communities they work and live in. The Dealer Training and Development team ensures that new Dealers develop the competencies they need to lead Canadian Tire and Party City businesses. Reporting to the Manager of Dealer Training & Development, the Program Consultant, Dealer Training and Development, prepares new Dealers for their career as a Canadian Tire Associate Dealer. The Program Consultant is accountable to support end to end training program delivery, including planning, coordination, progress tracking, and direct coaching of Training Dealers.u2022
