Program Consultant, Dealer Training and Development

What you’ll do

Dealers are the driving force behind our brand, holding a special place in the hearts of Canadian consumers within the communities they work and live in. The Dealer Training and Development team ensures that new Dealers develop the competencies they need to lead Canadian Tire and Party City businesses. Reporting to the Manager of Dealer Training & Development, the Program Consultant is accountable to support end‑to‑end training program delivery, including planning, coordination, progress tracking, and direct coaching of Training Dealers.

• Support coordination of multi‑phase training plans, including planning, coordination, progress tracking
