Job Description
Support children with extensive needs as a Program Consultant at CHEO. Engage in multidisciplinary assessments and create individualized treatment plans for young clients aged 0 to 17.
As a Program Consultant under the supervision of the Program Manager, you will play a vital role in assessing mental health needs and developing safety plans. Your social work skills will help in training staff and collaborating with community service providers. This position is pivotal for supporting children facing challenges in a networked environment.
