Description

MISSION: Ensure aftermarket customer programs at the Brockville, Ontario Motor Coils Manufacturing facility are executed smoothly by coordinating schedules, documentation, and cross‑functional communication so that locomotive motor, stator, and armature repairs and builds are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with customer expectations.

Outcomes:

• Achieve ≥ 95% on‑time delivery for all coordinated aftermarket programs by maintaining accurate schedules and proactively escalating risks.
• Maintain ≥ 99% order entry accuracy (including change orders and RMAs) to prevent production or invoicing delays.
