Program Coordinator

The Actors Fund Home , an assisted living, skilled nursing, accredited dementia care and sub-acute rehabilitation center located in Englewood, NJ, and a recipient of a CMS Five Star Rating, seeks a Full-Time Program Coordinator to help develop, implement, manage and continuously improve a comprehensive activities program for our residents. Programs are designed to meet the social, spiritual, emotional, and intellectual needs of our residents.

JOB DUTIES

+ Develop and implement recreational programs for residents in Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing neighborhoods; programs may consist of group, individual, and/or independent activities.

+ Responsible for a specific neighborhood and all recreation related tasks for the neighborhood including creating meaningful activity ideas for residents.

+ Prepare Activities Calendars.

+ Coordinate with the Recreation team on programming.

+ Occasionally attend resident care plan meetings.
