What We Want The Program Coordinator II in the Routh First-Generation Center within the Office for Student Success will lead a university wide initiative that will be centered around holistic student development. This individual will design, implement, and evaluate programs that strengthen students’ career readiness, leadership competencies, and exposure to various post-graduation pathways, including entry into the workforce and professional degree programs.
