Salary CAD $52.39 - $70.26 / hour

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and supervises the provision of care in the designated service area and is accountable for its overall effectiveness. Coordinates patient/client care assignments, provides information and consultation to program staff and students; reviews, problem solves and provides guidance in the management of patient/client/family care needs.
• Establishes clinical priorities, assigns and adjusts work assignments, ensures that necessary resources are available, promotes a positive team environment.
• Participates in recruitment, interviewing and selection of staff; provides leadership by developing, implementing and evaluating staff orientations, in‑service education and placement of students for clinical practice experience.
