Program Coordinator - Norway

STS Norway seeks a Program Coordinator for our Oslo office to create unforgettable exchange experiences. You'll guide students and families from program confirmation through their entire journey abroad, working closely with our Nordic Customer Success Manager and international partners to ensure every step feels exciting and supported.

What You Will Do

• Guide confirmed students and guardians on their exchange journey.
• Be the trusted contact throughout their entire exchange period.
• Be an ambassador for our programs, sharing their transformative power.
• Build relationships with clients and school counselors.
• Prepare them through engaging pre-departure meetings.
• Create application/visa guides when needed.
• Manage application documents and student travel.
• Maintain communication with recipient organizations.
• Collaborate with international colleagues for optimal experiences.
