Job Description

Widener University is currently seeking a part-time Program Coordinator for Student Organization Operations. This role reports to the Director of Student Organizations and will coordinate the exceptional delivery of student organization and involvement services, programs, and initiatives for 80+ student organizations in support of student belonging and retention. This is a part-time position and requires 20 hours per week during the fall and spring academic terms.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (including, but not limited to): 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Serve as a primary system administrator for the Involve by Modern Campus student engagement platform to review and approve 2,000+ events and facility reservation requests per semester—including frequent correspondence and follow up with student organization leaders to ensure proper event execution.
