Job Description: Role: Program Delivery Lead

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Toronto

Hybrid; 2 days a week in office

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale programs across application development, cloud platforms, and AI/GenAI initiatives. Drive program planning, execution, governance, and stakeholder management across multiple teams and workstreams.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and business teams to deliver scalable, high‑impact solutions.
• Ensure alignment with architecture, security, compliance, and delivery standards.
• Manage risks, dependencies, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful outcomes.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and direction to cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment.
