Program Delivery Manager

Role Summary

The Program Delivery Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering IT programs and projects that support business objectives and IT operational excellence. This role oversees end-to-end program delivery, IT operations alignment, budget and vendor management, system performance improvement, and risk management, while acting as a key liaison between IT leadership, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
