Key Responsibilities: Program Ownership Define and own the end-to-end program strategy, roadmap, governance structure, and execution plan
Translate business priorities into a sequenced, executable delivery model across all workstreams
Own all key trade-offs across scope, timeline, resources, and risk
Maintain alignment between strategy, plan, execution, and outcomes
Integrated Delivery Leadership Lead a multi-stream transformation spanning CRM, CDP, enterprise integrations, business process redesign, and AI/analytics enablement
Orchestrate and actively manage cross‑stream dependencies, milestones, and critical paths to ensure cohesive, on‑track delivery
Execution & Control Drive delivery from design through deployment (build, SIT, UAT, go-live)
Establish and run tight program governance and execution cadence
