Description

Comunilife, Inc. is looking for an experienced Program Director for its Bronx congregate site, El Borinquen. The Program Director is responsible for program management and the quantity and quality of services provided to clients at the El Borinquen Residence; adherence to budgets and contract deliverables; oversight of outcome measurements and metrics; relationships with other providers and with government, and other funders; collaborating with Human Resources on employee hiring, discipline, evaluation, training, development, and supervision.
