Principal Responsibilities: We are looking to expand our Program and Community Outreach Teams to help us take the vision of the JCC to the next level with an exciting new senior position.

Position Summary: Reporting to the CEO, the Program Director is responsible for overall strategic planning, business development, and the effective and efficient innovation, management, and outcomes of programs, starting with a focus on Children and Youth Programming. This includes Day Camp Children and Family Programs and Community Outreach Programs.

Primary Responsibilities Include: Camps:

Analyze data and review business models for Camp Kadimah

Conduct market research and review specialty camps.

Expand model for year-round engagement – staff and campers.

Research new camp partnerships and opportunities.
