Program Engineering Manager - Signalling

NEO are seeking an experienced Signalling Engineering Lead for a Global Consultancy to provide technical and delivery leadership across major rail infrastructure programmes. This role is ideally suited to an experienced CRE Signalling professional with a strong background in engineering management, multidisciplinary project delivery, technical assurance, and stakeholder engagement within complex operational railway environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering delivery of signalling projects, acting as CRE Signalling and ensuring compliance with applicable railway standards, technical requirements, and project objectives.
