Program Executive

Job description:

• Lead program execution and act as the primary liaison between the company and customers, ensuring all requirements and feedback are managed promptly.
• Plan and attend collaboration meetings to ensure projects are on schedule.
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, etc.) to drive a successful program lifecycle.
• Monitor production plan, shipment commitments, and revenue tracking.
• Organize, track, and prepare necessary reporting for customers.
• Update and maintain internal databases/spreadsheets for assigned projects, such as PO management.
• Manage customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring timely closure.
• Handle ECO (Engineering Change Order) / ECN (Engineering Change Notice) processes effectively.
