About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Head (MEP) to join the team at AMA Computer College Inc. in Davao City. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Master of Entrepreneurship Program (MEP) at our Davao campus, playing a crucial part in the institution's educational offerings and student success.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the MEP / Education / Psychology program, including curriculum, faculty, and academic resources
• Supervise and mentor faculty to ensure effective teaching and professional development
• Monitor student academic performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with CHED regulations, institutional policies, and accreditation standards
