Program Launch Manufacturing Engineer

Join the team as a Program Launch Manufacturing Engineer focused on automotive projects. This role involves day shifts and flexibility as you tackle automation and CapEx challenges during launches.
In this demanding role, you will support key programs for GM and Stellantis, ensuring seamless transitions from initial kick-off through full production. You will be responsible for managing processes, coordinating suppliers, and minimizing scrap and downtime from the outset.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct engineering functions for new automotive program launches
• Assist in the launch process from kick-off to ramp-up
• Supervise capital equipment procurement and supplier management
• Develop processes to minimize inefficiencies at launch
• Provide DFM and DFA support and technical leadership
