Program Management Professional - Healthcare

RGP is looking for a Program Manager who will serve as the operational integrator and execution architect across all phases of the project. This role will focus on structured coordination, cross-workstream integration, disciplined documentation, and early alignment of emerging findings to strategic priorities. As the engagement transitions into initiative design and implementation planning, this Program Manager will lead the development and institutionalization of a Lean-based management system to translate strategy into accountable execution.

Change Architect & Framework Design:
