About the Role
Airtribe runs some of the most in-demand tech upskilling programs in the country, and our Generative AI Launchpad is our fastest-evolving one. We‘re looking for a Program Manager who takes full ownership of learner outcomes, not just task execution.
This is a senior IC role with a clear path to people management for the right performer. You‘ll run multiple cohorts end-to-end, from onboarding through program completion, in a space where the curriculum, tools, and learner expectations change fast. Comfort with ambiguity isn‘t a nice-to-have here; it‘s the job.
