Excellent negotiation skills, ability to talk and negotiate with customers.
Understands shipment process/methods and incoterms.
Quotation and RFQ Skills.
NPI management. Activities / Responsibilities OTD, PPV, ECO, E&O, Quotation Process, Action Logs, Yields, customer request and reports. Flexibility (able to take calls/meeting out of standard worktime)
Able to handle customer visit/agenda, plant tours.
