**Position Responsibilities:**

+ Communicates with customer to provide status and accept communication, guidance, or direction. Works with the customer on a daily basis as required, to ensure currency for specific areas of responsibility and provides a simplified weekly update. Provides analysis, process recommendations, and performs management support.
