Program Manager - Brown Field- Assembly

Build consensus among swimlane members in articulating swimlane goals that have strong relevance to organizational OKRs (Objectives & Key Results)
Orchestrate the execution of these goals through collaborative approach within and across multiple swimlanes
Identify and remove roadblocks that come in the way of execution without compromising on process/ product quality
Identify gaps within established processes and work towards improving the same
Raise timely alerts on Risks with detailed action plan on mitigating the same - The team's efficiency depends on your ability to identify risks on a day to day basis, look for mitigation and be a bridge with other functions on any impediments
Some Specifics:
Manufacturing Process knowhow and applicability of process documents - Process flow diagram, Control Plan, PFMEA, etc.
Understanding of Machine development life cycle and line commissioning process
