Program Manager

The role of the Program Manager serves as a dedicated point of contact for customers, establishing clear and consistent lines of communication both internally and externally. Acting as the voice of the customer within DSM, the Program Manager ensures customer priorities are understood and consistently executed.

The primary focus of the role is supporting the ongoing customer experience on a day-to-day basis. The Program Manager organizes, coordinates, and manages program activities to ensure goals, deadlines, technical requirements, and deliverables are met, while acting as a cross-functional bridge across departments. Through strong relationship oversight, the role supports long-term customer retention and expansion of business opportunities.
