Central Operations (Ops) JP is looking for an experienced Program Manager with a strong record of achieving results, to own and execute strategic initiatives for Central Ops Systems Management (COSM). COSM team is dedicated to improving Delivery Station (DS) and Delivery Service Provider (DSP) performances through back end systems configurations, ensuring smooth DS operations and optimal route planning. Our configurations encompass settings for all existing Amazon DS such as Large DS, Exchange Points (XPT), Mini DS, 3PL (AMPL), and Amazon Logistics Extra Large (AMXL).

You will work cross-functionally and across geographies with stakeholders at all levels to understand, implement, and improve COSM programs and initiatives.
