Program Manager - Cyber Security

This is an opportunity to join a progressive NSW Government Department in driving and successfully delivering a large scale Cyber Security Uplift Program. The role is based in Sydney CBD, with a hybrid working policy (2 - 3 days a week in the office) and will initially run until June 2027, with the potential for long-term extensions.

What you will be doing:

• Leading the program team to ensure successful delivery of the Cyber Security Uplift program
• Program Governance
• Stakeholder engagement
• Executive-level engagement and presentation to Steerco

What they are looking for:

• Extensive program management experience on large, complex programs
• Strong background in delivering cyber security programs, including IDAM, PAM
• Experience in Essential 8 framework
• Solid program governance experience
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
