Amazon is seeking an FBA Program Manager to join our Mexico Reverse Logistics team. In this role, you will execute and coordinate the Reverse Logistics (ReLo) program for FBA Supply Chain, managing the removal of non-profitable inventory to optimize Fulfillment Center space and improve seller experience. You will work across multiple teams including Operations, Product, Tech, and FC Operations to deliver measurable improvements in removal speed, cost efficiency, and seller satisfaction.
Key job responsibilities
Execute the Reverse Logistics program for FBA Supply Chain in Mexico, managing end-to-end processes for inventory removals including seller returns, recovery channels, and disposal
Coordinate product launches from business case development through implementation, working with cross-functional stakeholders
Manage removal operations across multiple channels
Track and report on removal financials
